Terms and conditions

This Certificate is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Any attempt to use the Certificate beyond the Validity Period will render it null and void. The Certificate can be redeemed for product photography services provided by Koko Kreative within the Validity Period. To redeem, the recipient must contact Koko Kreative via email (hello@kokokreative.com) to schedule a photography session. A minimum spend of $600 is required to redeem the Certificate. The Certificate can only be used towards the payment of product photography services provided by Koko Kreative. Redemption of the Certificate is subject to availability. It is recommended to schedule the photography session well in advance to secure preferred dates. It cannot be redeemed for cash or any other services. The Certificate is non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient named on the Certificate. Koko Kreative will not be liable for any lost or stolen Certificates. It is the responsibility of the recipient to keep the Certificate in a safe and secure place. Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed Certificates will not be replaced or refunded. The Certificate will automatically expire at the end of the Validity Period. Any unused portion of the Certificate after expiry will not be refunded or credited. Koko Kreative reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Certificate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
